WHAT IS CHAMPVA?

CHAMPVA, the Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Veterans Administration, is a program by the Veterans Administration that shares the cost of medical bills of veterans with total or permanent service-connected disabilities with their spouses and children or surviving spouses or children of veterans who died as a result of service connected disabilities.
